Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Liability of Return Shipping Costs
- Customer-Initiated Returns: If you choose to return an item for reasons other than it being defective or incorrect (e.g., you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item), you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
- Defective, Incorrect or Items that have been delayed, lost or Misrouted: If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, not what you ordered or Items that have been delayed, lost or Misrouted, Game Nights will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange for the return and to receive a prepaid return shipping label. Game Nights will also cover the shipping costs of replacement items.
Return Instructions
- Contact our customer service team at Admin@gamenights.co.uk.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to return the item.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Affix the provided return shipping label (if applicable) to the package and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 working days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
